This public/private partnership developed 148 apartments, offered at rent rates to meet the needs of Huntsville’s workforce without recurring public funding. Inspired by the neighborhood’s eclectic architecture, including industrial artifacts and Arts & Crafts homes, the design fits seamlessly into Huntsville’s urban fabric. An urban bike trail maximizes bicycle and pedestrian connectivity, linking this site to the city center.
