Melanie Anderson has joined us as a project architect. She brings eighteen years of design experience to the firm, focusing primarily on college residence hall and multi-family projects, plus a deep commitment to restorative design and volunteer work.
Having passed her LEED exam, Melanie wants to do more multi-family and community space projects. As she notes about her new home, “I saw the opportunity here and loved the vibe and the work ethic. The people at Johnston Design are laid-back, but forward-thinking in their commitment to restorative design and making our community better.”
When she’s not working, Melanie spends most of her time either running trails or spending time with her four dogs and cat. “Being outdoors and racing through the woods brings a kind of peace and calm one cannot describe.”
